About Us
Hill Country Mobile Mini Golf is the brainchild of John Hobby and Andria Brannon to share some outdoor fun and promote the joys of mini golf. Mini golf is so much more than just a miniaturized version of regular golf! It turns out that time spent nudging a little colored ball through a loop-de-loop into a hole in the ground has a mysterious power that can strengthen friendships, jump-start romances, and create fun memories. In fact, John and Andria played a round of mini-golf on their second date and there’s a good chance that the magic of putt-putt is why they’re still together today!
Before they were able to pop over to your place and set up a mini golf course, Hill Country Mobile Mini Golf spent a lot of time rattling around in John’s head as a thought. John’s dad (pictured - during the construction of his own mini-golf course) was an avid golfer, but in the last few years of his life was not well enough to get out to a golf course. John wished for a way to bring the golf course to his dad – and the idea of creating a mobile mini golf course was born! Andria started brainstorming ways to help John turn the dream into a reality during the Covid pandemic, making the most of all that time stuck at home. After some hard work Hill Country Mobile Mini Golf launched as a real thing in 2021. Now John and Andria are excited to bring the course and the mini golf fun to you - and along the way make the world more friendly, more fun, and more engaged.
